Founder & Creative Director

A veteran of over 20 years in the Bombay restaurant scene, Sameer has developed, set up, run and grown several successful and award-winning food and beverage businesses in the city. His expertise lies in brand conceptualization + creativity, operations management, financial control & branding + marketing.

His rap sheet includes Colaba institution Café Basilico, The Bombay Kitchen, Singkong, Sanchos, Aurus, Nido and Tilt All Day plus QSR brands Cinnabon, Pappa Roti and Mexiloko to name but a few. Karishma Sakhrani

Culinary & Operations Director

Karishma abandoned a flourishing career in business development at Conde Nast to follow her passion for food, entering MasterChef India 4 In 2015. Beyond her wildest dreams and expectations, she made it to the final and ever since this life changing experience, there's been no looking back.

Since MasterChef, Karishma has forged a reputation as the go-to chef for restaurants and brands that champion healthy eating, quality ingredients and great sourcing.

Karishma’s food doesn’t compromise on flavour and her style centres on recipes that are good for you, scrumptious, easy to make and beautiful on the plate.

When not cooking, Karishma is often to be found working out a serious sweat at the gym, flexing in to yoga poses, enhancing her knowledge of nutrition and sometimes even eating pizza and drinking a glass of Merlot.

After all, life is about seeking balance, as she says.

Chef Aarti Mehta

Development Chef

A creative and charming part of team Acme, Aarti boasts of over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry. Getting her B.A. in culinary arts from IHM, Aurangabad to mastering the culinary skill from CIA, California, Aarti then went on to work at Union Square Café in NYC owned by legendary chef Danny Meyer.

Since then Aarti has gone on to work with some of the top restaurants in India such as the Olive group and Elephant & Co. Aarti brings a wealth of experience in the kitchen and has a strong operational approach towards the management side.

Her passion for the culinary arts and operations makes her a force to be dealt with!

Ravish Khosla

Operations & Training Manager

A thoroughbred operations guy, Ravish pays special attention to the finer details of restaurant operations and service. A graduate of B. Sc in Hospitality Management from Mumbai, he has trained at various 5-star hotels across the city. He has set up operations and training modules for over 20 restaurants pan India.

Through his trainings he ensures that he brings out a healthy working atmosphere and ensures the highest levels of service at any F&B establishment.

His sincere approach makes him take on any challenge and brings out the best result for the brand.

Tanmay Muralidhara

Project Lead

A young and hard-working chap, Tanmay completed his B.A. in Culinary Arts from IHM, Aurangabad and went on to train at Michelin starred Chef Alain Ducasses’ school in Paris where he rubbed shoulders with young budding chefs and learnt the intricate details of cooking techniques. He has the experience of being at all the specialty restaurants at The Taj Palace, Mumbai.

Tanmay loves to get his hands dirty, either in the kitchen or while working on back-end training modules. An all rounder in the hospitality industry. He’s a champion whose only aim is to be the best in everything he does!

His never say no attitude is a quality that not many others can boast of!

Prathmesh Kalburgi

Project Manager

The freshest addition to the Team Acme, but he's got the right appetite for the strategies of restaurant operations.

With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Rizvi College of Hotel Management -Mumbai, Prathmesh's journey in the culinary world began with training & internship at the renowned Taj President and then went onto build a journey that speaks of his hardwork.

He also got his foot in operations with a strong corporate experience in auditing & management. While he was amping himself for the corporate world, his love to be in the hospitality industry made him decide to explore his entrepreneurship skills by getting into the ice cream and milkshake business.

He brings a dash of sincerity, a sprinkle of playfulness, and a whole lot of passion for his work!
